ATC Training & Workforce Development

Building the Controllers the Industry Needs

From initial qualification through to advanced continuation training, we design and deliver programmes that meet ICAO standards, regulatory requirements, and the operational realities of modern ATC.

Training That Reflects How Controllers Actually Work

Generic training programmes rarely survive contact with operational reality. We design ATC training from the ground up — drawing on decades of combined experience as controllers, OJTIs, and assessors — to build competency that holds up in the sector, not just in the classroom. Whether you need a bespoke initial training pathway, a continuation programme aligned to EASA Part-ATCO, or a standalone OJTI or assessor course, we design it around your airspace, your procedures, and your people.

From Ab Initio to Advanced Continuation

Our training design capability spans the full controller lifecycle. We work with ab initio providers to build structured initial training programmes, with ANSPs to develop unit-specific continuation and refresher training, and with individual controllers seeking to add ratings or specialist endorsements. Every programme we develop is traceable to ICAO Doc 9868 and, where applicable, EASA Part-ATCO requirements.

Vector Point brought a level of operational credibility to our training programme design that no generic consultancy could match. They understood our airspace before the first briefing was over.
